Recommendations Input

National Suicide Prevention Strategy Recommendations Input Form

The Hope Can’t Wait Campaign is seeking input from organizations, associations, communities, professionals, people with lived and living experience, families, caregivers, researchers, service providers, governments, and other stakeholders across the country on what should be included in a renewed or strengthened National Suicide Prevention Strategy as we work with our stakeholders to push for and draft a national strategy in Canada.

This input form seeks perspectives on priorities, gaps, opportunities, approaches, and actions that could help Canada reduce suicide and its impacts.

You do not need to answer every question. Please respond to the questions most relevant to your experience, knowledge, community, organization, or sector.

Where questions ask about personal experience, respondents or organizations should not feel required to disclose information they are not comfortable sharing.

All responses are confidential and only shared with staff members of the Hope Can’t Wait Campaign and our government stakeholders working with us to draft the strategy and respective legislation. All responses will be compiled into a final report before presentation to our government stakeholders.
